What can I do when a person disobeys the order of a Court

When a person ignores or disobeys the orders of a court, it means that proceedings known as 'contempt of court' can be initiated. Courts usually treat any challenge to the authority of their orders very seriously. In the case of the family court, this can result in large fines and even imprisonment for the offending party.
